Wednesday Season 3 Is Coming to Netflix
Netflix’s breakout hit Wednesday is returning for a third season. Jenna Ortega reprises her role as Wednesday Addams in the Tim Burton-produced series that became one of Netflix’s most-watched shows of all time.
Jenna Ortega Back as Wednesday Addams
Jenna Ortega’s deadpan performance as the macabre teenager made her a cultural phenomenon. Season 3 will see Wednesday back at Nevermore Academy, navigating new mysteries, supernatural threats, and her complicated relationships with the Nevermore student body.
Release Date and What to Expect
While Netflix hasn’t confirmed an exact release date, Wednesday Season 3 is expected to arrive in 2026. The series continues to blend gothic horror, dark comedy, and coming-of-age drama, with Wednesday solving another baffling case at the peculiar school for outcasts.
Why Wednesday Still Works
Part of the show’s appeal is Wednesday herself — unapologetically strange, fiercely intelligent, and utterly unimpressed by everyone around her. With Tim Burton’s visual sensibility and Ortega’s anchoring performance, Season 3 should deliver more of the same moody, offbeat charm that made the first two seasons massive hits.
